自适应预测PID控制在理想物系内部热耦合精馏塔上的应用

摘要 首次将自适应预测PID控制方案(Adaptive & Predictive PID Control,AP- PID)应用于目前处于精馏塔节能技术前沿的内部热耦合精馏塔(ITCDIC) ,并相应地给出一种结合在线辨识和离线辨识各自优势的新颖辨识方法。以苯-甲苯物系为实例,将自适应预测PID控制方案与过去的预测PID控制方案进行了全面比较研究。仿真结果表明,自适应预测PID控制方案对内部热耦合精馏塔的控制是更为切实有效的。 Internal thermally coupled distillation column (ITCDIC) is the frontier of energy saving research in distillation columns. Its adaptive and predictive PID (AP-PID) control scheme is proposed. The corresponding model parameter identification method is given. It combines the advantages of both on and off line identifications. The Benzene and Toluene system is adopted for the illustrative example. The rigorous simulation and detailed comparative research with the previous predictive PID(P-PID) control counterpart are carried out. AP-PID has quicker respond speed than P-PID in both servo control and regulatory control. The results demonstrate the prominent effectiveness of this control strategy.
