摘要
推导出了单轴柔性铰链的精度计算公式,它由半个直圆柔性铰链和半个导角柔性铰链构成。提出了柔度精度比这一概念,为定量地比较各种柔性铰链的特性提供了依据。用解析表达式计算了一组椭圆柔性铰链实例的精度和柔度,得到它们的柔度精度比,并比较了它们的性能优劣。结果表明直圆柔性铰链具有最佳的性能,可为柔性铰链的工程优化设计提供参考。
The accuracy equations for rectangular single axis flexure hinge is presented. In order to compare the performances of different types of flexure hinges quantitatively, a new concept of flexibility accuracy ratio is proposed. A group of elliptical flexure hinges with different minor axes are calculated using the equations, and their flexibility accuracy ratios are achieved. The results show that the performance of right circular flexure hinge is the best. provides valuable references for optimization designing of flexure hinges in engineering applications.
