摘要
采用Preisach控制模型是压电陶瓷控制的有效方法之一,但是采样数据的不稳定性仍然会对控制过程带来较大的影响和误差。为进一步提高在实现过程中的定位控制精度及稳定性,将积分分离PID控制应用于压电陶瓷定位过程,达到了预期的控制精度和效果。
The application of Preisach model is a efficient way to deal with the controlling affair of PZT, however the un-stability of data sample procedure made it still hard to control the trajectory even with the help of Preisach model without feedback control. The PID controlling model is used to make it improved in the precision and stability comparing to the opening control and proportion control procedure.
