摘要
以乙醇为溶剂 ,在碱性条件下以玉米淀粉和丙烯腈为原料制备氰乙基淀粉 ;采用凯氏定氮法分析产品的含氮量 ;研究了氢氧化钠用量、反应温度、反应时间、丙烯腈用量对氰乙基淀粉取代度的影响 ;确定出制备氰乙基淀粉的最佳条件 :m(淀粉 )∶m(丙烯腈 ) =1∶ 1 ,m(淀粉 )∶ m(氢氧化钠 ) =3 5∶ 1 ,反应温度为 60℃ ,反应 4h。在此条件下得到氰乙基淀粉的含氮量为 3 .783 % ,取代度 ( DS)为 0 .51 2
The process for the preparation of cyanoethy starch is reacted between the cornstarch and propylene cyanogens in the presence of ethanol in an alkaline medium. And the optimal reaction conditions are listed as below: m(starch)∶m(propylene cyanogens)=1∶1, m(starch):m(sodium hydroxide)=35∶1, reaction temperature is 60℃, reaction time is 4 hours. Under these conditions, the nitrogen content in the cyanic-ethylic starch is 3.783%, and degree of substitution is 0.5122.
