存储海及其关键技术研究与设计

摘要 存储海(Sea of Memory)是一种解决存储墙问题的有效技术.将大量的内存和处理器以一定的拓扑结构连接起来,节点间进行异步通信,从而使系统在内存容量、峰值运算速度以及内存带宽等方面都有显著提高,其关键技术为电容耦合邻近通信(Proximity Communication).该技术无需现在常用的PCB板、导线、针脚等接口,利用电容耦合的方式,使相互邻近的芯片直接进行通信,具有高速、高带宽、低功耗等优点.研究了存储海及其关键技术--邻近通信,并设计实现了一款邻近通信接口,其版图模拟最高工作频率可达2GHz,平均功耗仅为4.26mW.
