摘要
介绍了浮筏隔振系统动态响应求解的基本原理,总结了在低频段、高中频段分别采用通用有限元程序和统计能量分析法程序进行浮筏隔振效果估算的基本方法,提出了对中间衔接频段隔振效果数据处理的模糊数学处理法,并将最终结果与试验结果进行了统计回归处理。估算结果与试验结果对比表明,采用该方法进行浮筏隔振效果估算在一定精度范围内满足工程估算要求。
The basic theory for the solution to the dynamic response of the floating raft isolator system is presented in this paper,and the basic method of the vibration Translation Loss(TL) calculation by the commercial FEM software and the commercial Statistical Energy Analyzing(SEA) software is summarized.For the middle frequency band,a method based on chaos mathematics is developed to deal with the experiments data and the calculation output.The contrast between the experiment and the calculation output indicates that this calculation would fulfill the need of the ecumenical isolator engineering design.
