摘要 介绍了REFORM程序 ,使用等效电路模型 ,研究了电感储能驱动高功率微波系统的性能问题。电路中考虑了初级能源 ,脉冲变压器 ,电爆炸丝切断开关 ,同轴传输线 ,火花隙陡化开关 ,以及微波二极管负载等。由模拟结果得到了一些有用的结论 ,即通过电路参数优化可以提高整个系统的效率 。 Code REFORM has been introduced in the article, which utilizes equivalent circuit model to study currents and voltages in a Vircator circuit energized by an inductive accumulator. The electric circuit contains a pulse transformer, a decouple spark gap, a sharpening spark gap, an electric explosive current breaker (the opening switch), a virtual cathode triode and a number of inductors, condensers, and resistors. As a source in the primary circuit can be used a capacitor or a current pulse, that is imitating a pulse from a magneto explosive generator. Useful conclusions can be resulted from the simulation.
