摘要
径向滑动轴承通过动压作用形成动压油膜来承受载荷,在几何间隙发散区会产生油膜空穴,存在油膜空穴区。油膜空穴的形成对轴承的静动特性有一定影响,而对于载荷变化的动载径向滑动轴承来说影响更为显著。本文用不可压缩流体空穴算法描述动载径向滑动轴承油膜分布,并在此基础上分析了动载滑动轴承的性能变化。
Journal bearings bear the load with hydrodynamic fluid and film cavitation will appear in the divergence region. The cavitation have effect on journal bearings' performance, especially on dynamically loaded journal bearings. The incompressible mass-conserving cavitation algorithm is used to describe the distribution of film cavitation and its performance is analysed.
