腹腔灌注化疗加热疗治疗中晚期消化道肿瘤疗效观察

摘要 目的观察腹腔灌注化疗加热疗治疗中晚期消化道肿瘤疗效和不良反应。方法 42例中晚期消化道肿瘤,先给予化疗药物DDP 50~80 mg和/或5-FU 500~1000 mg加NS1500mL^2000mL腹腔灌注,d_1、8。腹腔灌注后即行微波热疗·21d为一周期,结果近期总有效率达40.4%.1年生存率47.1%。2年生存率14.5%。主要不良反应为腹胀、恶心。结论腹腔灌注化疗加微波热疗适用于中晚期消化道肿瘤,能有效杀灭腹腔内的游离细胞和微小癌转移灶,有效抑制肿瘤的生长发展,可以有效预防和治疗腹腔内转移和复发,减少全身化疗的不良反应,改善生活质量。 OBJECT To study the effect of interperitoneal chemotherapy combined with herperthermia in treatment of advanced gastrointestinal tract cancer.METHODS 42 patients whih advanced gastrointestinal tract cancer,then cisplatin(DDP)50mg^80mg and /or 5-Fluorouracial(5-FU) 500~1000mg and NS1500mL^2000mL were drained intraperitoneal d_(1,8) the hyperthermia was done after imdiatery,the cycle was 21 days.RESULTS Recent total rate of efficacy was 40.4%,the rate of one year-subssistence was47.1%,two-years was 14.5%.The main toricity respond was windy and nausea.CONCLUSION Interperitoneal chemotherapy combined with herperthermia as apt to advanced gastrointestinal tract cancer.It can effectively kill dissociated cancer cell and mini metastatic faci,effectively despress tumor growth and development,increase survival rate and quality of life.
