5 0 0kV四分裂导线割线的计算方法 ,考虑了滑车在紧线时倾斜 ,导线至悬挂点距离 ,线路转向 ,横担长度、宽度 ,导线和绝缘子重量 ,导线角度分力等引起的线长调整量。用此方法只须在紧线前将割线值算好 ,不必在现场上塔量取滑车偏离尺寸 ,即可在现场割线施工 ,其子导线间误差均在标准规定之内。而且它适用于多个耐张段连续紧线 ,不受平衡挂线方法制约 ,无须对划好印的前一段作临锚 ,因此施工工艺简便 ,适应范围广。

In calculation of wire cutting for 500 kV 4-bundle conductors considerations are given to the adjustment amount of the line length caused by the distance of the conductor to the suspension point,direction change of line,length and width of arms,weight of conductor and insulator,component force of conductor angle,etc.while the pulley is tilted during the line stringing.This method only needs wire cutting value to be calculated before line stringing without measuring deviation of pulley on the tower on site.The wire cutting can be executed on site and the error between the sub-conductors within the standard.The method is also suitable for continuous line stringing of many strained sections and it is not restricted by the balance suspension method.The temporary anchor is not required for the previous section with marks.So the construction procedure is simple,convenient and applicable in a wide range.
