On-line Inspection of Generator Rotor

发电厂设备由定期计划大修过渡到状态检修 ,是技术发展的必然趋势。在线检测是实现状态检修最重要的条件之一。为此 ,介绍气隙磁通探头检测发电机转子线圈匝间短路的方法 (GDIM)和发电机转子无触点在线测温方法。

The transition of regular planned overhaul to the status maintenance for the equipment in power plant is a necessary tendency of technical development. The on-line inspection is one of the most important conditions to realize the status maintenance. Therefore, the author illustrates two methods, using air gap flux probe to examine the turn-to-turn short circuit of generator rotor coil and non contact on-line temperature measurement of generator rotor.
