摘要
在军粮城发电厂 8号机组启动过程中 ,利用MD30 0 0监测诊断系统对 4号轴承、9号轴承的初始不平衡和热不平衡进行了监测与诊断 ,同时分析了振幅与轴承载荷及油膜刚度的关系。说明利用MD30 0 0监测诊断系统可以实时监测汽轮发电机组状态 ,并诊断故障 。
During start-up of No.8 unit in Junliangchen Power Plant MD300 monitor diagnosis system is used to monitor and diagnose the primary unbalance and thermal unbalance of bearings No.4 and No.9 and analyze the relations of vibration anltitude to the bearing load and oil film stiffness.The practice indicates that application of MD300 monitor diagnosis system can realize the real-time monitor of status of turbine-generation unit with failure diagnosis and provide with scientific criteria for safe operation and status maintenance of the units.
