摘要
火电机组系统进行技术改造时 ,面临控制系统的选择问题。从中、小型机组现有的情况看 ,控制系统一般采用常规仪表、常规仪表加数据采集系统、集散控制系统 3个方案。从系统的性能、经济性、综合情况等方面对上述 3个方案进行比较 ,讨论控制系统的优化配置。经比较得出 :在条件允许的情况下 ,应尽量采用集散控制系统对锅炉。
In the course of technical retrofitting of the thermal system in thermal power unit the problem for selection of control system will be faced to.According to the current conditions of middle and small sized units the control systems are normally provided with 3 schemes-conventional instrument or conventional instrument plus data acquisition system or collective distributed control system.Based on the performance,economy and general conditions of the system the previous three schemes are compared ech other to discuss the optimized configuration of the control system.The results are as follows:if the conditions are permissible,the distributed control system should be used for control of boilers and turbines as possible.
