摘要
文章论述了西北地区发展 75 0kV电压等级输电系统的必要性、可行性和采用FACTS技术的重要性。给出了系统参数选择的依据 ,研究了工频过电压在不同条件下的限制方式。
The paper demonstrates the necessity,feasibility of developing 750 kV transmission system in the northwest regions and importance of application of FACTS technique.It also gives out the criteria for selection of system parameters and studies the limit mode of over-voltage of working frequency under different conditions.
