热电厂水处理系统水位计技术改造的探讨

摘要 黑龙江省红兴隆电厂是供热电厂 ,因化学水处理系统的水位计故障 ,经常出现生、软水箱溢水、缺水的事故 ,影响了发电、供热 ,并造成水资源的浪费。通过更换入口及取样管道、增加电子水位计和控制设备、改进控制系统、将原有的闸阀改装成调节阀等措施 ,使水处理系统的水位计和自动进水、制水等设备 ,运行可靠 ,有效地防止了因水位计水箱溢水、缺水的故障。因此 ,减轻了工人的劳动强度 ,解决了水泵运行的水位问题 ,保证了机、炉的安全经济运行。 The Hongxinglong Power Plant is a heat supply power plant.Due to failure of hydrological gages in the water treatment system the failures like overflow of raw water tank and soften water tank occur very often,which has influence on power generation and heat supply and results in waste of water resources.The measures,including replacing the inlet and sampling pipe,adding the electronic hydrological gages and control device,improving control system and changing the original slaice valves into governing valves and so on have been taken.So the hydrological gages and devices for automatic water supply and preparation in the water treatment system can be operated reliably,which has prevented failures effectively from overflow of or lack of water because of hydrological gages failares.The labor strength of workers can be relaxed and water level of the pump under operation can be solved to ensure the safe and economic operation of turbine and boiler.
