摘要
WX18L - 0 5 4LL型发电机的励磁系统曾因无刷励磁调节器运行异常 ,导致发电机失磁。文章从励磁调节器的工作原理出发 ,对异常工况进行了较系统的理论分析和计算 ,提出了在励磁调节器逻辑部分的平衡表处并接 1个直流电压继电器 ,整定电压为 0 .5V的处理方法 ,有效地防止了发电机失磁事故的发生。
Because of abnormal operation of the brushless excitation regulator the excitation system of WX18L-054LL generator had a failure of excitation-loss.Starting from the working principle of the excitation regulator,the paper has analyzed in theory and calculated the abonrmal conditions systemically,put forward a treatment method that a DC voltage relay will be connected in parallel at the balance meter of the logic part of the excitation regulator with a setting voltage of 0.5 V.This method has effectively prevent the failure of excitation-loss of generator from occurrence.
