摘要 FCB试验是测试机组在大负荷的协调运行方式下 ,一旦与电网解列瞬间甩负荷到自带厂用负荷后自动恢复并稳定运行的能力。河津电厂 1、2号机组FCB性能试验在山西省尚属首次 ,通过试验摸索出在FCB过程中机组的运行经验。这 2台机组移交生产后发生 2次FCB ,各项运行主要参数变化均符合设计要求 ,说明FCB功能的完善保障了机组的安全和提高了机组的经济运行水平 。 FCB test is to inspect the capability of the unit as soon as it is tripped from the network with transient load rejection to the auxiliary load it is automatically recovered and operated stably under the coordinated operation mode of big load.The FCB test for No.1 and No.2 units in Hejing Power Plant has been the first time in the province.So through the test the operation experiences of the units in the course of FCB have been learned.After these two units were shifted into production FCB occurred twice and change of all major operation parameters has met with the design requirements, which indicates that the perfection of FCB function can guarantee the safety of the unit,increase the economic operational level of the unit and decrease the number of start-up for the units.
