Application of Reliability Management in Thermal Power Construction

我国火电建设自 1994年引入可靠性管理的思路和方法后 ,经过不断探索和实践 ,目前已使其在工程建设管理中发挥了重要作用。主要功能为 :检验、评价和考核火电建设管理和质量水平 ;指导设备选型 ;分析火电建设中存在的问题 ,制定相应对策 ,提高火电工程建设管理和质量水平。

Since the idea and method of reliability management is introduced into the thermal power construction in China in 1994 it has played an important role in management of engineering construction through continuous investigation and practice up to now. Its main functions include inspection, apprasail and examination of the management and quality level of the therma power construction, guidance of model selection of equipment, analysis on existing problems in thermal power construction, working out the corresponding countermeasures and improvement of management and quality level of the thermal power engineering.
