信阳华豫电厂2×300MW机组顺序控制系统的改进

摘要 顺序控制系统 (SCS)是用于辅机联锁保护的一种较为先进的控制手段。信阳华豫电厂采用的SCS ,在调试过程中发现原设计逻辑存在一些缺陷。对锅炉风烟系统、锅炉制粉系统、除氧给水系统和汽机润滑油系统等控制逻辑进行了改进 ,使得整个顺序控制系统更加完善 ,其辅机的联锁保护动作更加准确可靠 ,有利于整个机组的安全稳定运行。 The sequence control system (SCS) is a kind of relatively advanced control measures used for interlock protection of auxiliaries in power plant. The SCS used in Xinyang Huayu Power Plant has some defects in the original design logic discovered during its adjustment and test. So improvement on the logic control of the boiler air and gas system, boiler pulverizing system, deaerator feedwater system and turbine lubricating oil system has been made so that the whole sequence control system is more perfect and the actions of the interlock protection of the auxiliaries are more correct and reliable, which is favorable to safe and stable operation of the whole unit.
