可重构制造系统(RMS)的技术方法

摘要 本文对并行运动机床重构自动生产线进行了分析,并将专用生产流水线(DML)、柔性制造系统(FMS)、可重构制造系统(RMS)相比较,剖析了RMS系统的技术方法和特性。指出:RMS的标准核心是一种可重构方法,其最终目的是在制造过程中使用一种系统的方法把整个系统、机器的硬件和控制软件同时重构。 This paper describes the basic technical method of Reconfigurable Manufacturing System (RMS) and analyzes the auto-manufacturing line reconfigured by parallel moving machine tool which is composed of modularizations. The paper points out that the standard core is a reconfigurable method and the final objective of RMS is to use a system method, which reconfigures at the same time the system, hardware and control software in the manufacturing process.
