摘要 以不同强度的芒刺静电场作用于体外培养的肿瘤细胞和正常细胞,通过MTT比色法检测电场处理后 细胞的增殖能力,研究了芒刺静电场对细胞增殖的影响规律.结果表明不同电场辐照强度对细胞增殖能力有 不同程度的影响.电场对人肝癌细胞SMMC7721增殖有抑制作用,但对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞B16、Lewis肺癌细 胞和非洲绿猴肾细胞Cos7则有促进和抑制两方面的效应.对于同一参数的电场,不同细胞对其响应也不同, 电场辐照强度与细胞对其响应呈振荡型关系. Tumor cells and normal cells in vitro were treated by different intensity electrostatic fields. The MTT method was adopted to detect cell proliferations to investigate the effects of prickle electrostatic fields on cell proliferations. Different effects on cell proliferations with different intensity of electrostatic fields were obtained. The growth of human liver neoplasms SMMC7721 after electrostatic fields was inhibited. It has positive and negative effects on the melanoma B16, lung cancer Lewis of mice and normal nephritic cells Cos7. And there might be different effects on different cells even if with the same electrostatic fields. The relations between the cell proliferations and intensities of electrostatic fields were vibratory.
