摘要
目的:探讨柚皮提取物的生物活性。方法:采用动物试验研究了柚皮抗氧化物质的降血脂和抑肿瘤作用。结果:与高脂组相比,样品组能显著降低昆明种小白鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的浓度,并相对升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的浓度(p<0.05)。试验发现柚皮提取液对S180肉瘤具有抑制作用,抑瘤率为29.7%,与正常对照组比较,肿瘤对照组小鼠的胸腺明显缩小,平均湿重指数为1.21±0.43mg/kg,明显低于正常对照组(2.64±0.82mg/kg)(p<0.01)。而样品组小鼠胸腺指数(1.96±0.54mg/kg)明显高于肿瘤对照组(p<0.05)。结论:在一定的剂量下,柚皮提取液能降低高脂昆明种小白鼠血脂;对荷S180小鼠的肿瘤生长有抑制作用,并且能增强机体的免疫功能。
Objective: Study the bioactivity of extract from pummelo peel. Methods: The antilipemic action and antitumorcapacity of the extract were studied by mice in vivo. Results: The sample group of mice had significantly lower concentration oftotal cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (p<0.05), significantly higherconcentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (p<0.05) in serum of mice than that of the high lipid controlgroup. The rate of inhibiting S180 growth in sample group was 29.7%. The mean wet weight of thymus gland of tumor control groupwas 1.21±0.43mg/kg, significantly lower than that of the normal control group which was 2.64±0.82mg/kg (p<0.01), andthe mean wet weight of thymus gland of sample group was 1.96±0.54mg/kg, significantly higher than that of the tumor controlgroup (p<0.05). Conclusion: The extract could decease the lipemia concentration of white Kunming mice, inhibit the growthof tumor S180 and improve the immunity ability of the mice.
