摘要
家族企业的可持续发展对当地经济发展和家族都具有非常重要的意义。家族企业可以依据家族导向和企业导向划分为四种类型,家族导向和企业导向各有优势和劣势。家族系统和企业系统是与家族企业可持发展紧密联系的两个系统,家族企业的可持续发展要均等地对待这两个系统。
The sustainable development of family businesses has a positive effect on local economy and relative families.Family businesses can be divided into four categories according to family orientation and business orientation,of which,each has its own strengths and weaknesses.Both family system and business system have an important effect on the sustainable development of family businesses,thus we need to equally treat the two systems.
