摘要
本文根据中国家族企业的独有特征,通过对中国家族企业执行力不足的分析,从产权组织体系、管理组织体系和文化理念体系三方面提出了提升家族企业执行力的对策。
According to the unique characters of Chinese family business and by analyzing the lack of implementation of Chinese family business,this paper brings forward the countermeasures of promoting such implementation through property rights system,management system and culture system.
