摘要
本文通过对食品行业中的家族企业与供应商的关系以及供应商选择时影响因素的实证调查,发现家族企业对供应商选择的最主要考虑因素还是价格和品质的保证,他们与供应商的关系仍处在从传统的购买管理模式向现代的供应链管理模式发展的过渡阶段,并从让渡价值的角度对家族企业的供应商选择开展了讨论。
By means of an investigation on family businesses among grocery industry,this article analyses the relation between family businesses and their suppliers.It is found that among various impact factors the product price and quality assurance are still the most important ones.The buy-supply relation is also undergoing a transition from traditional buying orientation to modern supply chain management orientation.A discussion is given about supplier selection of family businesses from the view of delivery value.
