摘要
本文是在对我国科技管理体制现状进行深入分析的情况下,发现我国科技评估的制度不健全、评估体系不完善、评估方法不规范等问题比较突山,而制度经济学的制度创新与制度变迁理论是研究制度的重要理论,所以,本文从制度经济学的视角,以制度变迁为主轴,分别对我国科技评估制度的变迁过程及主要模式进行了研究,指出了存在的主要问题,期望能对我国科技评估管理水平的提高有一定的借鉴意义。
After deeply analyzing the present situation of our science and technology evaluation system,it proves that the instiutions and the system of science and technology evaluation are imperfect.The theory of institutional innovation and institutional change which belong to the institutional economics is important.So from the view of the institutional economics,this article analyzes the institutional change process of science and technology evaluation and its main pattern.Then the article points out main questions in order to improve them.
