摘要
讨论了海洋旅游深度开发的内涵 ,结合青岛海洋旅游开发现状 ,分析了青岛海洋旅游深度开发的必要性 :(1 )海洋旅游资源的可替代性强 ,海洋旅游竞争激烈 ;(2 )旅游业要持续发展 ,必须发挥海洋特色 ,进行海洋旅游的深度开发 ;(3 )旅游产品开发处于初级阶段 ,结构单一 ;(4 )旅游形象定位模糊 ,宣传力度不够 ;(5 )海洋旅游规划不合理 ,景区布局分散 ,未形成整体优势 ;(6)海洋旅游设施建设滞后 ,管理体制混乱。提出了青岛海洋旅游深度开发战略 :(1 )产品多元化与精品化相结合战略 ;(2 )市场细分化与营销网络化战略 ;(3 )形象以名定位化战略 ;(4 )服务优质化和环境舒适化战略。
In this paper, the concept of deep development of coastal and marine tourism is discussed, and the necessities for deeply developing Qingdao's coastal and marine tourism are then analysed in combination with the development status of Qingdao's coastal and marine tourism as follows. (1) The coastal and marine tourism resources are replaceable, so the competition in this field is intense. (2) The sustainable development of Qingdao's tourism relies on the deep development of coastal and marine tourism. (3) The development of tourism products is still at a primary stage. (4) The tourism image of Qingdao is vague. (5) The marine tourism planning is unreasonable, and the layout of scenic spots is scattered, so the integrated superiority has not been established yet. (6) The construction of tourism facilities falls behind and the managemnt system is chaotic. Finally, the strategy for the deep development of Qingdao's coastal and marine tourism is put forward.
