摘要
黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程的 3条排沙洞是该枢纽泄洪建筑群中进水口高程最低的建筑物 ,是泄水建设物中运用机会最多的泄水洞 ,为防止内水外渗危及工程安全 ,在局部洞段采用了环形全预应力混凝土衬砌。在排沙洞施工中采用了大量的先进施工技术及设备 ,如针梁上置式混凝土衬砌模板台车、DSI预应力张拉设备等。本文就预应力混凝土衬砌的方案比选以及部分施工设备、材料的选择和使用 。
The three sediment tunnels of Xiaolangdi Water Control Project are the structures whose intake elevation is the lowest in flood discharging groups and they have most operating opportunities.In order to prevent internal water to leak out and endange the safety of the project,the ring type prestress concrete lining is used at local tunnel section.Large amount of advanced construction technology and equipment,such as needle beam up set type concrete lining formwork truck,DIS prestress tensioning equipment,etc.are used.This article mainly introduces the alternative comparation of prestress concrete lining and some construction equipment to be used and the selection of material and its usage.
