A New Model for Reactive Wetting of Metal/Ceramic System

摘要   A new model has been suggested for illustrating the effects of interfacial reactions on the wettability of metal / ceramic system. It is shown that both the free energy change released by the reaction (△Gr) and the change in the nature of interfaces (△δr) are the important factors affecting reactive wetting of metal / ceramic system, but sometimes either of them will become the decisive one.……
