摘要
基于综合拆散法和装配法整合的思路 ,按照问题分层归约求解方法的思想 ,对产品CAD信息建模并进行了二次开发 ,运用图论的带权优先搜索理论、组件选择规则等算法 ,实现了基于CAD/CAAP集成的焊接结构装配路线的最优工艺路线生成 。
Based on the idea of combining disassemble with assemble methods,and according to the problem delaminating inducing approach,this paper accomplishes the secondary development of CAD system and sets up a product information model.With the preferential search theory of digraph and components selection regularity a kind of optimal design of assembly sequence on welding structures based on CAD/CAAP integration was worked out.Also,it is put into the practice of assembly sequences in hydraulic pressure machine welding structures.
