摘要 基于二维有限元的分析途径 ,本文提出了四端口E面分支波导耦合器的一种分析方法。利用该方法 ,开发了相应的分析软件 ,并已成功应用于“微波模块设计制造一体化系统”中。一个四端口 4 .9dB五分支波导耦合器实例的计算结果与实验结果以及HFSS(一种基于三维有限元的高频结构仿真软件 )仿真结果的比较 ,证明该分析途径及软件实现是精确而有效的 ,并可广泛应用于同类微波器件的分析。 Based on the analysis approach of the two dimensional finite element, an analysis method of 4 port E plane branch waveguide couplers is presented in this paper. By means of the proposed method, a software is developed and successfully applied in the 'Integrated System for Microwave Module Design and Manufacturing(ISMMDM)'. Comparing the computed results of a 4 port 4.9dB E plane 5 branch waveguide coupler with the experimental results and the simulated results of HFSS(a high frequency structure simulator software based on 3D finite element method) shows that the analysis approach and the software realization are verified accurately and efficiently. This method can be widely used in the analysis of similar microwave devices.
