Training Mode of Higher Vocational Talents and Quality Education

本文在对高职人才培养模式进行认真分析的基础上,指出了现存培养模式在实践中存在的问题和矛盾,阐述了素质教育在高职人才培养中的重要意义,探讨了改进高职人才培养模式,加强高职人才素质教育的若干措施。

At the basis of analysing the train ing mode of higher vocational talents,points out the prob-lems and contradictories of train ing mode at present in practice,and expounds the signifi cance of quali-ty education in talents training of higher vocational education,probes into improv ing the training mode of higher vocational talents,to strenghen a number of measures of voca tional talents in quality educa-tion.
