摘要
可持续发展的21世纪,必将引起职业教育培养目标素质结构的激烈变革。针对目前职中生素质的现状与社会经济发展对其要求之间的落差,本文提出了建构以人文素质、终身学习素质、创业素质为三维的素质结构的设想,对每种素质的内涵及三者间的关系进行了阐述。并就如何从教育观念、课程体系、教师素质等方面构建这一素质结构提出了建议。
In the sustain able development 21st,it must be involved an in stense d reformation in cul tivating the quality con struction of Middle Vo cational and Technical Students.Based on meeting the challenge of fu ture and facing the gas between the quality of students and the need of economic develop ment ,the pa-per suggests a construction of the quali ty that in clude humanities,life long education and innovation.Fur -thermore,the content of every quality and the relations of them are men tioned.In the end,it gives some ad vice on edu cational con ception,curricu lums ,the quality of teachers and so on for the construction of the quality mod el.
