The aim of developing vocational education and training is cultivating millions of techni cians,ma nagers skilled workers in different levels and other labourers both urband and rural area.It is very im-portant to make more persons command advanced equipment ,technology and management metod,realize op timization grouping of labour re source,and push the construction of our country's modernization.
