从油田企业重组分离后 ,物资供应市场的变化出发 ,提出了如何适应市场需要 ,提高服务质量的问题 ;提出了适应变化的对策 ;引入了服务的新理念 ;分析论证了提高供应服务技术含量、企业文化建设和素质再造等措施的重要性和实践性。
The problem of how to meet market needs and how to improve service quality is discussed in the light of the changes that have taken place in materials-supplying market since the reorganization of oilfield enterprises.Coumtermeasures to adapt to these changes are proposed.The new conception of service is introduced.The importance and practicablity of such measures as increasing technical content of supplying service,developing enterprise culture,and improving staff's quality are analyzed.
