摘要
《计量管理信息系统》是根据石油企业对计量管理实现微机管理的迫切需要研制开发的。从采油厂计量管理的实际需要出发 ,分析了油田计量管理信息系统的设计需求、技术实现的特点和关键 。
The Metrological Management Information System is developed to meet the urgent need of computerization in metrological management. In view of the practical needs of metrological management in oil production units, this paper analyzes the necessity for the design of this system, the characteristics and key points of its technical attainment. The softwares functional performance, testing and operation are introduced as well.
