石油企业标准实施监督的探讨

针对当前石油企业在标准实施监督管理中存在的问题 ,提出了建立完善的标准实施监督机构、提高全员的标准化意识、标准文本配备到位、标准化经费渠道畅通以及标准化实施监督结果的后处理等设想 。

In view of the existing problems in supervising the implementation of standards in China's oil enterprises,some tentative proposals are made on how to establish a complete supervising organization,how to raise staff members'consciousness of standardization,how to prepare a complete set of standards,how to raise funds for standardization,and how to deal with the final results of supervising the implementation of standards.
