The key of the CORBA/Web Services data conversion, in the network management, lies in the realization of the data mapping of IDL/WSDL, and the design of the IDL/WSDL translator. A model of CORBA/Web Services data interchange has been presented, the data interchange of CORBA/IDL and Web Services/WSDL has been studied. According to the demand of data conversion, the mapping of the basic data types, interface and method, between CORBA/IDL and Web Services/WSDL, has been described in detail. The demonstration code of the translator and the structure of the CORBA/Web Services protocol adapter have also been brought forward. Finally, the question of the CORBA/Web Services data conversion, in the network management, is successfully solved.
