摘要
根据县城搬迁项目的特点,从项目的安排、合理性判断以及投资变动决策方法3方面入手,建立了切合实际的数学模型,并给出具体的县级项目管理系统的数学模型和应用实例。
In line with the Characteristics of County Seat Resettlement project,a practical mathematical model has been set up through such aspects as project arrangement, rational judgment and decision making method of investment alteration; and a concrete county-level mathematical model and application instance have also been given.
