棉花黄萎病菌非落叶型与落叶型菌系初步研究

ON DEFOLIATING AND NONDEFOLIATING PATHOTYPES OF Verticillium dahliae OF COTTON

对新疆主要菌系 (非落叶型 )与我国江苏和美国落叶型菌系在病原菌致病力、培养性状、寄主反应型等方面进行研究。结果表明 ,与非落叶型菌系相比 ,棉花黄萎病菌落叶型菌系 (T9和 VD8)主要造成寄主落叶 ,除危害症状存在明显差异外 ,在 PK培养基上 ,落叶型菌系 VD8和 T9菌落生长异常 ,生长初期菌丝分别纠集呈针状、黄色 ,非落叶型菌系在 PK培养基上 ,菌丝生长致密 ,白色。在 PSA培养基上 ,落叶型与非落叶型菌系差异不显著。

Defoliating pathotype of Verticillium dahliae hasn't been found in Xinjiang comparing with defoliating pathotypes T9\ and VD8 from USA and Jiangsu province in CHINA.Besides producing different symptom,We found the culture characters of the defoliating and nondefoliating pathotypes were different obviously on PK culture medium modified by us.PK,it was easy to distinguish the two kinds of pathotypes.
