The evaluation of classroom instruction of Chinese has a great deal to do with whether quality-oriented education can be realized or not.Based upon the idea of quality-oriented education,the foundation for constructing a system of its index,the principle and main contents of the system are examined.Issues in its implementation are also looked into.
