摘要
本文系统论述了松嫩平原重要湿地信息系统的重要性,系统建设的目标、原则,系统结构设计与数据库建库,以及湿地信息系统建成后的功能和意义。松嫩平原重要湿地保护区生态环境基础数据平台的建立,实现了重要湿地生态环境信息查询、更新和信息共享,为深入开展保护区重要水禽生境专题研究提供了数据基础和技术支撑,提高了濒危物种和湿地环境的监测能力和保护效率。
In this article the importance of thewetlandinformation system of Songnen Plain,the goals and the principles of building the system,and the significance and function of the system are systematically described.Thesystem has the functionsof searchingand updating the ecological environment dataof Songnen Plain Wetland and offers the information-sharingplatform.In addition,the wetland system is the foundationfor the study of the important aquatic bird's habitat of protection zone.Foundation of the wetland information system will improve obviously the monitoringability and protectingefficiency of the endangered species and the wetland resources.
