国有大中型煤炭企业 ,机构庞大 ,职能复杂 ,企业办社会负担沉重 ,是不能轻装前进、缺乏竞争力的主要原因。介绍了阳煤一矿近几年来在后勤改革、分离社会职能方面的一些体会。
The fact state-run large coal enterprises have to manage their own rear service reduce their competition ability.In recent years,Yangquan NO.1 mine made effort for rear service reformation and had some experiences.
