摘要
从流通环节、编目环节、读者环节和其他环节 4方面 ,对中专图书馆计算机管理中存在的图书拒借的各种因素进行了分析。
This article analyzes the various reasons of book refuse in computer management of technical secondary school library from four respects which are circulation,cataloging,reader and other links.
