摘要
信息高速公路建设的推进带来了困扰世界各国的“数字鸿沟”问题。本文指出了数字鸿沟带来的危害 ,剖析了其形成的原因 。
The constructing of the Information Superhighway brings us the problem of 'digital divide'.The article points out the hazard of digital divide,and analyses the reasons of it.Some of the examples of what measures the developed countries are taking to resolve this problem is given at the end of the article.
