梯度功能压电陶瓷驱动器的弯曲谐振特性研究

摘要 本文采用粉末冶金法研制了 PZT系独石型梯度功能压电陶瓷驱动器 .对该驱动器弯曲谐振的固有频率进行了实验研究 ,并由双层复合悬臂梁模型推导了弯曲谐振的固有频率 . A monolithic piezoelectric actuator based on functionally gradient PZT ceramics was prepared by powder metallurgical process. The natural frequencies of bending resonance were studied by experimental and theoretical methods. There is a good agreement between measured and calculated results.
