一次通用型局麻药FET传感器的研制与应用

Development and Application of One-time Polyfunction Local Anaesthetic FET

报道了一种用四苯硼钠作为电活性物质 ,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为增塑剂的通用型局麻药 (普鲁卡因、丁卡因、利多卡因 )场效应晶体管传感器 (局麻药FET) .该传感器全固态化 ,体积小 ,易微型化 ,集成化和多功能化 .利用半导体工艺可以批量生产 ,价格便宜 ,可作为一次性使用 .用传感器分析局麻药品注射液的含量 。

This paper describes a kind of local anaesthetic sensitive field effect transistor sensors for procaine, dicaine and lidocaine with tetraphenylborate as electric active material, dioctyl phthalate as plosticizer. It is a solid-state, small size, miniatured, integrated, fast response and low output impedance. The sensor has not only the feature of ISFET but makes facilities and low-priced. So it is possible to be used for one-time. It can be used to analyse the contents of local anaesthetic drug in injection, and the result agrees with the method in pharmacopoeia of China.
