摘要
本文介绍了一种基于遗传算法的辊型数据处理方法 .应用遗传算法实现最小包容区域法来计算轧辊截面半径和整个辊型的三次样条函数曲线拟合 ,实验结果表明 ,遗传算法是一种良好的寻优算法 ,并且拟合曲线与轧辊的实际轮廓相符合 .
This paper present a data processing method of roller shape based on genetic algorithms, applying MZC to compute the section radius and obtaining the cubic spline function fitting curve of roller based on AGs. The result of experiments indicates that AGs is a good algorithm of optimization and the curve accords with the practical profile of roller.
