摘要
振动筛工作时,入料端物料堆积,行进慢,不利于透筛。而出料端,物料薄,行进快,筛分率相对高。这个问题一直困扰振动筛产量和筛分效率的提高。本设计把筛面分成不同倾角的三段,为解决这个问题开辟了一条简捷的路子。
While the vibrating screen is working,materials accumulate and move slowly at inlet,so is bad for screen thoroughly;on the contrary,materials are thin at outlet and move very fast,so the screen rate is relatively higher here.This problem restricts the productivity of vibrating screen as well as the screen rate.This design divide sieve plate into three plates of different tilt angle to level surface,supplying with a shortcut to resolve the problem mentioned above.
