隔振前后振动筛对基础动负荷的理论研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据单自由度系统的振动理论,详细推导了振动筛对基础动负荷的计算公式;采用两个自由度系统力学模型,利用隔振理论,计算了带隔振台的振动筛对基础的动负荷,计算了采用隔振台和没有采用隔振台两种情况下对基础动负荷的比值,分析了隔振效果;为大型振动筛设计提供理论依据。 According to the vibration theories of the single free degree system,the calculation formula on vibration sieve versus foundation's moving load was deduced in detail.By adopting the mechanics model of two free degree system,and by using insulation vibration theories,vibration sieve versus foundation's moving load was calculated with insulation fixings;and the ratio under the two kinds of conditions whether using the insulation fixings or not was calculated;and the insulation effect was also analyzed,which provide theory basis for large vibration sieve's design.
